In Memory of My Wife
Family & Friends
I met Kathy our Sophmore year in college when we were both 19 and we married our Senior year. Kathy was diagnosed with colon cancer at the beginning of 2008. Throughout 2008 she underwent treatment including surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. But by Thanksgiving the cancer had spread to her liver. More surgery and treatment throughout 2009 failed to stop the spread. She was able to enjoy the 1st birthday of her first grandchild Logan the beginning of March 2010.
She died on March 23rd 2010, less than 2 weeks after her 56th birthday. After nearly 35 years of marriage this horrible disease had taken my wife from me.
We'd like to be the top fundraising team (The team has been in the top 5 for the last 5 years). We are already facing tough competition so we need your help more than ever!
Your tax-deductible gift will help the CCA with patient support, education, screening, research and much more! Anything you can give would be greatly appreciated by so many people.
Thank your for your support. John
