Who Does my Donation Help?

The Colon Cancer Alliance (CCA) is a national patient advocacy organization dedicated to ending the suffering caused by colorectal cancer through patient support, education, research and advocacy.

Your donation to the Undy 5000 will go to general support of CCA to help us achieve our strategic initiatives. Our strategic initiatives include:

• Expanding our reach to patients, particularly those who are newly diagnosed
• Launching major new screening programs
• Elevating awareness of colorectal cancer in the general population

Additionally, the Colon Cancer Alliance will be working with local community partners in each Undy 5000 location. Community partners with programs in colorectal cancer prevention will have the opportunity to participate in a revenue-sharing program with CCA so that much-needed funds are funneled back into the local community.
