Undy 5000 Incentive Program How it Works and Frequently Asked Questions
To thank you for your fundraising efforts, the Colon Cancer Alliance is offering prizes to those who raise $100 or more. The more you raise, the bigger your prize! Take a look at all of the exciting prizes here.
How it Works
- Raise money for the Colon Cancer Alliance's Undy 5000 to help fund local and national awarenss and support programs - check out these fundraising tips for ideas.
- If you raise $100 or more, you earn a prize!
a. If you earn an event T-shirt ($100 level), you will pick that up at the Colon Cancer Alliance tent at the race. b. For all other prizes, the Colon Cancer Alliance will email you instructions after the race, including a unique fundraising certificate number that you will use to redeem your reward online.
- You will enter your fundraising certificate number into the incentive website, select your prize(s), and it will be shipped to you.

Prizes
Can I only pick a prize from the fundraising level I
achieve, or can I redeem two or more prizes of lesser values? You may pick any
combination of prizes that is equal to or less than the total amount you’ve
raised. So, if you raise $500, you may pick one item from that level, or two
items from the $250 level.
How long does it take to get my prize? All orders are processed electronically
within 24 hours. When approved for
shipment, most orders ship within 2 to 6 weeks. Orders may ship at different times and in
more than one box. If you need assistance with your order, please call James
Wesley Ltd toll-free at (888)735-2908. Please have your order confirmation
number and certificate number available.
What if I have not received my prize within six weeks? If you ordered your
prize six or more weeks ago and have not yet received it, call James Wesley Ltd
toll-free at (888)735-2908. Please have your order confirmation number and
certificate number available.
What if the prize is broken or defective? You must notify James Wesley Ltd. within 5
business days of receiving your item if there is a problem. Failure to do
so can void the insurance coverage and warranty provided. All orders are
insured and carry a factory warranty. If you notice damage in shipping, please
have the driver or mail carrier document the damage. Contact James Wesley immediately: Toll-free

What if I did not pick up my shirt at the event? Can I
have it sent to me? Unfortunately,
due to shipping costs, we are not able to mail event shirts. If you are unable
to attend the event, please ask someone else to pick up a shirt for you.
How do I get the proper size garment? As is usual, men’s sizes are larger than
women’s. Please check item details to see if sizes for an item are men’s or
women’s. Please contact James Wesley Ltd, (888)735-2908, with specific questions
about garment sizing.

What if I have any trouble redeeming my certificate
number? We apologize for the trouble. Please contact
our program administrator, James Wesley Ltd, right away and they will resolve
the issue. Toll-free (888) 735-2908 or help@jameswesley.com.
What if I do not have an email address? Someone from the Colon Cancer Alliance will
call all fundraisers who do not have an email address on record to give them
their fundraising certificate code.
What if I do not have internet access? You can place an order via phone, toll-free
(888) 735-2908, or fax, (770) 924-1564. Please have your certificate number
available. Customer service will be happy to help you with your order.
Fundraising
Does my registration fee count towards my
fundraising progress? No, it does not. The
amount raised past your registration fee will earn you an incentive prize. If
your plans change and you cannot attend the event, your registration fee cannot
be changed to be counted as a donation.
Can my team earn a fundraising incentive? No, this incentive
program is only for individual fundraising. Your team can compete to be one of
the top three fundraising teams.
Can I combine my points with another participant’s? No, the incentive
program is only for individual fundraising efforts and you cannot combine your
progress with that of a family member or team member.
If someone donates to my team rather than my individual
participant page, can I move that credit to my individual efforts? Yes, we can transfer
that credit to your personal progress. Please have your team captain email undy5000@ccalliance.org with the donor’s name, gift amount,
your team name, and your name. Allow 5 business days. Please note that we
cannot transfer donations from participant to participant. The donation credit
can only be counted toward one participant’s progress.
Can points be held and accumulated for the Undy
5000 next year or in another city? No, points must be used or donated by the expiration
date.
Fundraising Certificates
What is a fundraising
certificate number?
It
is a secure number, like a credit card number, that you will receive from the
Colon Cancer Alliance. Each is unique and generated to correspond to your
fundraising achievement. You will use this number to redeem your reward at the incentive website, or you can
donate the value of the prize back to the Colon Cancer Alliance.
When will I get my fundraising certificate number? All certificate numbers will be
assigned one to two weeks after the event. If more than two weeks have passed
and you have not been contacted, please email us at undy5000@ccalliance.org or call us at 202-628-0123 x104.
How long after the event can I continue
fundraising? You may continue to
raise money towards your goal for 3 months after the event. All certificate
numbers will be emailed one to two weeks after the race. If you would like to continue to fundraise, please let us know once you have reached your final level and we
will be happy to send you a new fundraising certificate number. Contact us at: undy5000@ccalliance.org or 202-628-0123 x104.
What if the certificate amount is not correct or has an
error? Please contact the Colon Cancer Alliance
immediately via email (undy5000@ccalliance.org) or phone
(202-628-0123 x104) and we will make the correction or update the certificate
as you request.
Do certificates expire? Yes, all certificates
expire. The date is shown on your certificate.
