CCA Spotlight
Thank You for an Amazing March!
We are inspired by all who banded together to make March the record-breaking success that it was. Thank you for spreading colon cancer awareness in your communities as well as participating in our events and online initiatives last month, including our White House petition. Although we didn't reach our goal of 25,000 signatures to turn the White House blue, we're hopeful that we got their attention. We'll keep you posted!
And remember, National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month may be over, but the fight certainly isn't. Be sure to check our Blue Star calendar frequently to find out what's going on near you. You can also support awareness, prevention and research year-round by making a donation to the CCA today. Thanks again!

We are especially excited to present a symposium dedicated to the recent upward trend of colorectal cancer diagnoses among those under the age of 50. CME credits available! This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. This activity has also been approved to offer certified nursing contact hours.
Registration is open! Visit our website for more information.
Want Answers to Tough Questions?
At the CCA, we work hard to educate everyone about colon cancer, screening and cancer-related issues through innovative educational events and partnerships. Did you know that many of these are archived so you can watch or listen any time? Be sure to visit our online library to check out our previous Tele-Chats, webinars and more.
And, if you missed last month's Colorectal Cancer/Digestive Health Awareness Webcast in partnership with CBS HealthWatch, you can still watch the replay online. The event included a panel of ASCRS medical experts and was moderated by Dr. Travis Stork of “The Doctors.” We also urge you to watch this presentation of a colonoscopy procedure with extensive question and answer session presented by Swedish Medical Center and featuring CCA volunteer Anita Mitchell.
