CCA Spotlight
National CRC Awareness Month Has Arrived
We've been busy this month at the CCA! We rang in National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month at NASDAQ, celebrated an amazing Dress in Blue Day, put on a sold-out Stars Go Blue concert, hosted a live Tele-Chat and stripped down for two Undy 5000 races already. Thank you to everyone who helped make these events such a success!
But, we're not done yet. With half the month still ahead, we have more coming up. It's not too late to get involved. Check out our Blue Star Calendar to find an event near you.
Want something cool to add to your website or Facebook page this month? Check out this neat infographic.
CBS and CCA Partner for Live Webcast
In recognition of National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, CBS HealthWatch™, in partnership with Ethicon Endo-Surgery (EES), the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons (ASCRS) and the Colon Cancer Alliance, is proud to present this live, interactive webcast on Wednesday, March 28th. The event will include a panel of ASCRS medical experts and will be moderated by Dr. Travis Stork of “The Doctors.”

National Conference Registration Now Open
The 2012 National Conference is coming to Baltimore this year and will bring together patients, survivors, healthcare professionals, advocates, and other members of the colorectal cancer community to meet face-to-face. Discover how integrative therapies, new treatments, and the latest research are redefining CRC survivorship. We are especially excited to present a symposium dedicated to the recent upward trend of colorectal cancer diagnoses among those under the age of 50. A limited number of financial assistance stipends are available.
New this year: This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. This activity has also been approved to offer certified nursing contact hours.
